NDIS Support Coordination
The NDIS is designed to give people with disability genuine choice and control — but understanding and navigating a plan can feel overwhelming. Our support coordinators are experienced guides who sit alongside you throughout the process. We help you understand what your funding means, what you are entitled to, and how to use it to achieve your goals. We connect you with quality service providers, manage provider relationships on your behalf, and help you review and maximise your plan over time. You should never feel alone in this process — and with us, you will not be.
- Explaining your NDIS plan in plain language
- Connecting you with service providers that match your goals
- Coordinating multiple supports so they work together seamlessly
- Attending plan reviews and helping you advocate for the funding you need
Who is this for: People who have an NDIS plan and want help making it work, families supporting a loved one through the NDIS, and anyone feeling overwhelmed by the process.
Get in TouchIn-Home Support
For many people, getting the right support at home makes the difference between dependence and independence. Our in-home support workers assist with the everyday tasks that can become challenging — personal care, morning and evening routines, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and general household tasks. We work at your pace, in your space, always with respect for your privacy and dignity. Our goal is not to do things for you indefinitely — it is to support you in building the skills and confidence to do more for yourself, wherever that is possible and desired.
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Meal preparation and grocery assistance
- Household tasks (laundry, tidying, basic home management)
- Support building daily living skills and independence
Who is this for: NDIS participants with daily living supports in their plan, people recovering from illness or injury, and anyone who needs a reliable hand at home.
Get in TouchCommunity Participation
Being part of your community is not a luxury — it is essential to well-being, confidence, and a meaningful life. Our community participation support provides practical assistance so you can get out and do the things that matter to you. That might mean attending a local event, joining a sports team, visiting friends, volunteering, taking a class, or simply getting out of the house more regularly. We provide the support, the encouragement, and sometimes the transport to make it happen. You set the agenda — we help you get there.
- Support attending appointments, events, or activities of your choice
- Assistance building social connections and community networks
- Encouragement and practical support for new activities
- Help with transport and accessing public spaces safely
Who is this for: NDIS participants with community participation or social engagement funding, and anyone who wants to be more active in their community but needs support to do so.

Social & Community Groups
Our group programs are one of the most loved things we do. We run regular, structured programs — walking groups, cooking classes, craft workshops, well-being groups, social activities, and community hubs — designed to build connection, skills, and confidence in a safe and welcoming environment. Groups are kept small so every person gets attention and feels included. They are available to both NDIS participants and private clients.
Who is this for: Anyone who wants to connect with others, learn new skills, and enjoy structured social activities in a supportive, non-clinical environment.
